Flexibility is the art of movement that allows the body to express itself fluidly and intricately. Another definition of contortion would be the art of becoming a walking, breathing human pretzel. Pretty cool, right?
Contortion focuses on four things:

flexibility

mobility
Contortion pushes our physical and mental limits, transforming us from the inside out. While contortion is a phenomenal endeavor in and of itself, it also benefits our skills and health in other areas. It improves posture, agility, and endurance, too! Contortion training makes a great pair with aerial arts. Bring them both together, and every move you make on an apparatus will drop jaws.
